Eligibility

  • Bachelor's Degree Or Relevant Experience.
  • 5+ Years Experience In Human Resources.
  • Strong Recruiting And Demonstrated Ability To Improve Talent Acquisition Strategies.
  • Demonstrated Expertise In Training Managers And Employees.
  • Strong Organizational, Critical Thinking, And Communications Skills.

Job Requirements

  • Recruit And Onboard New Hires Conduct Performance Management And Provide Feedback Manage Payroll And Benefits For Employees.
  • HRMS And Time Tracking Software Implementation And Running.
  • Design Compensation & Benefits Packages.
  • Maintaining And Managing Employee Documents.
  • Act As The Point Of Contact Regarding Labor Rules Issues.
  • Manage Employees' Grievances.
  • Develop Fair HR Policies And Ensure Employees Understand And Comply With Them.
  • Implement Effective Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Techniques.
  • Assess Training Needs And Coordinate Learning & Development Initiatives For All Employees.
  • Monitor The HR Department's Budget.
  • Create And Run Referral Bonus Programs.
  • Managing Employee Adherence To All The Company's Rules And Regulations.
  • Preparing Weekly/monthly Reports For The Management.
